Who is FlexiBook for? See for yourself

One plugin. Two engines. Pick appointments or tickets in the wizard — then sell from the WordPress site you already run.

Salons & clinics

Duration, buffers, staff photos and hours. Any staff fills the next open chair — overlap protection included.

Coaching & hourly work

15- or 30-minute grids, unpaid holds that expire in 30 minutes, and a dashboard that stays inside WordPress.

Museums & timed entry

Ticket types, remaining capacity on every slot, closed days and blackout dates. Cancelled seats come back.

Cruises & tours

Quantity with live price, event hours, and a widget you drop on the page you already sell from.

Concerts & events

Named ticket types with optional per-type capacity. Pay online or pay on arrival — your call.

Studios & sessions

One product, one shortcode. Staff picker, calendar, checkout fields, GDPR checkbox — then they pay.

Two business modes

One plugin. Two engines. One toggle.

Choose once in the wizard. Change later in Settings → Mode. The public widget and the admin screens reshape around how you sell.

Salons, clinics, coaching, hourly work

Service appointments

Duration, buffers, 15/30-minute slots, staff photos and hours, Any staff, overlap protection, unpaid-hold expiry. Working hours live on the person — not the service.

Museums, cruises, concerts, timed entry

Ticket sales & events

Ticket types, quantity, remaining capacity, event hours, closed days, blackout dates. Cancelled seats restore. Availability lives on the event.

Availability

Hours in one screen. Click a day. Done.

No spreadsheet, no plugin gymnastics. Set the week once, tap Saturday for a short shift, close a single lunch slot if you need it.

Step 1

Weekly hours

Open or closed per weekday. 15- or 30-minute grid.

Step 2

Click a day

Keep the week, close it, or type custom open / close.

Step 3

Close a slot

One tap on 12:00. The rest of the day stays bookable.

Try it yourself — no plugin install, no API.

Click through service, calendar, and checkout exactly like a customer. Switch Linear Dark, Clean Light, Cyber Neon, or Pure Glass to see the live Design Customizer — dummy data only.

  • 3–4 step widget: catalog → date & slots → details
  • Appointments and tickets in the same flow
  • Four presets, including Pure Glass on a photo pad

Linear Dark

FlexiBook widget

Service or event

Static dummy catalog — submitting never hits a server.

Intuitive to book. Customizable to look like you. Insightful to run.

The public widget, the admin calendar, checkout, and the design customizer — one plugin, not four subscriptions.

Customer journey

A 3–4 step booking wizard that actually converts

Catalog or a single product. Staff if you have it. Calendar with remaining capacity. Then details, coupon, GDPR, and pay. Inline on the page — or a Book Now modal.

  • Shortcode, Gutenberg, or Elementor
  • Lock one product with service_id
  • view_mode="modal" for a Book / Buy Tickets button

Admin

The dashboard stays in WordPress

Table or day/week calendar. Search, filters, amounts, manual booking, CSV export. Availability lives on staff (appointments) or the event (tickets).

  • Pending holds expire after 30 minutes
  • Cancel restores seats and frees the slot
  • Availability: weekly hours, one-day exceptions, close a slot

Money

Payments included — not a later upsell

Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Barion, WooCommerce, or pay on arrival. Tax inclusive or extra. Coupons. EUR, USD, GBP, HUF and 20+ currencies. Abandoned checkout cancels the hold.

  • Offer pay on arrival next to an online gateway
  • Webhooks mark bookings paid — not just a return URL
  • Zero-price services confirm without charging

Linear Dark, Clean Light, Warm Corporate, Cyber Neon, Pure Glass. Colors, surfaces, calendar, slots, buttons. Per-service override when one product needs a different face.

  • Instant preview — Light, Dark, or Image pad
  • Catalog as list, grid, compact, or accordion
  • Meant to sit on your brand, not a white admin screen

Features that keep the work inside WordPress

Capability, not vapor. Everything below ships in v1.0 — optional tools are marked on /features.

Custom checkout fields

Text, select, checkbox, number, email, tel — up to 30 extra questions per service. Reserved keys never collide with quantity or coupons.

Staff that can’t double-book

Photos, hours, assigned services. Any staff reserves a free person at submit. No staff assigned? The widget skips the step.

Buffers, grids, blackouts

Cleanup minutes before and after. 15- or 30-minute slots. Weekly hours, custom days, closed slots, global blackout dates.

Ticket types with live capacity

Adult, child, VIP — name, price, optional per-type cap. Remaining seats on the calendar. Cancel restores inventory.

Tax, coupons, currencies

VAT inclusive or extra. Percent or fixed coupons with expiry, max uses, min subtotal, and service limits.

HTML mail + .ics invite

Customer confirmation when paid or approved. Admin plus assigned staff on one message. SMTP or Mandrill. Editable copy.

Mailchimp & outbound JSON

Subscribe confirmed customers (double opt-in, service tags). POST to Zapier, Make, or invoicing on newly paid/approved.

Place it where you sell

[flexibook_widget] everywhere, or lock a product. Gutenberg live preview. Elementor category. Woo product page can replace Add to cart.

Plugs into the stack you already use

Questions operators actually ask

Do I need a separate booking SaaS?+

No. FlexiBook is a WordPress plugin. Customers book on your site, pay in the flow, and you operate from wp-admin — Dashboard, Availability, Services, Coupons, Design, Settings.

Appointments and tickets in one license?+

Yes — two engines, one plugin. Choose Service Appointments or Ticket Sales in the setup wizard (or Settings → Mode later). Switching reshapes admin screens, so confirm on a live site.

Which payments are included?+

Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Barion, WooCommerce (if Woo is active), and offline / pay on arrival. Tax/VAT, coupons, and 20+ currencies. Configure the webhook or paid bookings can stay pending.

Are WooCommerce and Elementor required?+

Optional. Shortcode and Gutenberg work alone. Elementor adds a FlexiBook block. WooCommerce can take checkout and replace Add to cart with the booking widget.

Google Calendar two-way sync? SMS? Recurring series?+

Not in v1.0. Customers still get an .ics on confirmation. There is no built-in SMS/WhatsApp, no multi-location/multi-currency at once, no series bookings, and no customer self-service cancel portal.

What are the requirements?+

WordPress 6.0+, PHP 7.4+. WooCommerce 7.0+ only if you use that checkout path. Unpaid pending holds occupy capacity until paid, approved, cancelled, or auto-expired (30 minutes via WP-Cron).
