2. The product
FlexiBook is a downloadable WordPress plugin plus a customer dashboard for license keys. One paid license is for one production website domain. A key may be unlinked and moved to a new domain from the dashboard.
The public website, Interactive Playground, and marketing demos are illustrations. They are not a hosted booking service for your customers.
3. Accounts
You must keep login credentials confidential and provide an accurate email address. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is abused, unpaid, or used to attack the service.
4. Plans, trial, and billing
- Prices are shown in USD, per website, before tax if tax applies.
- Monthly and annual plans renew until you cancel. The 7-day license is free, issued without a card, and expires unless you upgrade.
- Lifetime is a one-time payment for that website license, not a promise that WordPress, PHP, or payment gateways stay unchanged forever.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Chargebacks without contacting us first may result in immediate key revocation.
5. License grant
After payment (or during an active trial) we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install the plugin on the domain locked to that key, for your own business. You may not resell keys, share them publicly, or use one key on multiple live sites at once.
We may revoke a key that is stolen, refunded, charged back, or used contrary to these terms.
6. Your WordPress site
You remain the controller of bookings, customers, and payments collected on your WordPress site. FlexiBook does not operate your shop. You must comply with consumer, tax, and privacy law that applies to your own checkout.
7. Acceptable use
Do not probe, scrape, or overload the license API; do not circumvent domain lock; do not use the product for unlawful activity. We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic.
8. Intellectual property
The plugin, website, trademarks, and copy remain ours or our licensors’. Purchase does not transfer ownership of the source, only the license described above.
9. Warranty and liability
The product is provided as-is. We work to keep verify, dashboard, and downloads available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted service or fitness for a particular booking volume. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected license in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded (including for death, personal injury, or fraud).
10. Consumers in the EU/UK
If you buy as a consumer, mandatory consumer rights remain. Digital content and the 14-day withdrawal right are explained in the Refund policy. By checking the box at checkout you agree to these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date above is the current version. Material changes that affect paid customers will be announced by email or a notice in the dashboard where practical. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the update.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence in the EU/EEA. Courts of Slovakia have jurisdiction, except where consumer law lets you sue in your home courts.
These pages are the operational terms of FlexiBook. They are not a substitute for advice from a lawyer licensed in your country. If your company details change, update the Imprint.
